This rule should apply to all short sales of all securities as indicated by law. Because of selective enforcement, I have registered to vote again after an 8 year hiatus. I quit voting due to the lack of qualified candidates. I am a lifelong Republican of Orange County CA. I will vote straight Democratic this year since all the current encumbents and their lackeys (in my opinion Chris Cox included) need to be sent packing. Enforce the law on all securities Mr. Cox.
