Please enforce the naked short selling rules for all stocks. Eliminate the "reasonable" section of the rules and make them borrow to short. Also bring back the uptick rule or a 10 cent uptick rule. Do not let the naked short sellers continue to ruin the market. Sincerely Jerry Paulsrud
