MY LETTER TO THE diSTINGuished SEC
DARTMOUTH ALUMNI- DISABLED 9/11 SURVIVOR
Dear DiSTINGuished Security and Exchange Commision,
I hope all is well in your comfy cover up jobs. I wouldnt want to inconvenience the SEC , I know you are busy letting all stock criminals off by not allowing them
to admit nor deny anything and having them pay a tiny fine compared to the millions they steal. I would not do this i know you like to let them go without teaching them a lesson who am I to tell you different?.
The reason I write this letter is sort of a surprise to myself as I find myself seeing news that the SEC has engaged in outlawing naked shorting on 19 companies .
what happened to the other Companies, I am sure last time I looked there are more than 19 companies public. Not just the ones where that bald headed Mr clean Dartmouth alumni
paulson has his cash.
Well you see I invested in CMKX back in 2004 and from i recall the SEc attacked us and told us naked shorting was not real.Well to my surprise,looky looky, its is real.Now you have damaged CMKX SHAREHOLDERS . During you cover up and back stabbing of CMKX , it was at the time you created a rule to absolve yourselves from liabilty from naked shorting ect ect.
Well as for you people looking like the heros that saved Wall St, you can forget it. You all need to get refunds on all you college degrees.you have no shame so maybe a
hard cold cell will do.you have tried to cover up naked shorting and made CMKX Shareholders suffer for years without any help or a SIMPLE APOLOGY, and now when the world comes in to see what you have done
for not apologizing to these people you went and saved
your own hides buy saving 19 companies only.

To the commissioners: I am a CMKX shareholder. I am also an American citizen. I am aware that the SEC is delaying release of trust funds that are intended for distribution to the shareholders of CMKX. I respectfully request that you release these funds that have been wrongfully withheld from us for the past 16 months. Should the funds not be released in a timely fashion, I intend to contact my Senators and Congressmen, and those listed below about this issue and if the problem remains unresolved, I intend to participate in a march on Washington DC and in particular the SEC offices to publicly address this injustice.
FIX REG SHO, OUTLAW NAKED SHORTING AND STOP SAVING BANKS WITH TAX PAYERS MONEY and apologize for failing cmkx shareholders unless you have no BACKBONES.
