The SEC needs to inforce the naked shorting on all stocks. Its a rule governing the entire stock market not just these few financials. Its an outrage how these hedge funds have taken the market hostage and the SEC has done nothing about it. The uptick rule also has to be put back in place. The markets now are no more than an orchestrated casino.
