I applaud you on the recent rules concerning naked shorts for financial stocks, this was too long in coming and finally it seems that you are starting to take your positions seriously.
I hope you realize the damage done to the whole financial system due to your allowing naked shorting.
Picture the amazing jolt and rise in securities that would occur by ending naked shorting for ALL stocks with an open-ended end date (no set time to end the naked short ban), I feel that this would not only save the economy of the US, but the absolute jump of stock prices would energize the world's economy as well.
I implore you to do your duty for the bulk American investor and let the population finally make some profit, not just the few and end naked shorting now.
