Dear Sir/Madam

I am totally perplexed at Chariman Cox's decision to not let the Emergency rule stand as stated. First of all it shows that he and the sec are very weak and pandering to Wall street. The argument of liquidity is absurd and quite frankly if you can't buy a stock because there is none to be had you have to wait until someone sells. Not counterfeit shares and put markers is people's account. I don't know how Mr Paulson has the gall to go in front of congress and ask for a credit line to bail out Freddie and Fannie and then have Chairman Cox turn round at the last minute before Monday's deadline and say we are letting the Market makers slide on this rule. This is a total outrage and it has to stop now. I am going to be writing to my senator and to anyone else who will listen because obviously the time has to come to vote for me people who understand this serious situation and our true patriots to this country.

A very concerned and harmed citizen
