Hello,
I am a small retail investor and do not understand why all the BIG Funds and Institutions are allowed to SELL shares before they truely borrow them.
It's like selling shares in companies that do not exist. Why don't they start doing that.
When it's time for stocks to start falling because of economics I am sure they will.
