Dear Sir or Madam,
You must eliminate ALL loopholes which facilitate the short seller from engaging in the known practice of "naked short selling". This includes the options marketers and the use of foreign exchanges to accomplish their unethical and unfair activities. This type of addition to market liquidity has no place in a just nation.
