As individual investors we request that the S.E.C. start enforcing the rules regarding naked short selling that are and have been law for some time now. _*No special rule is required to enforce a law that already exists.*_ We would also like you to give serious consideration to a suggestion by Senator Charles Schumer today in which he suggested that the uptick rule be reinstated. We believe that these measures would help individual investors and make the market much less volatile.
