The practice of naked shorting of new vital high technology companies has the potential to destroy the development of products and procedures which can be highly important to the solution of the many problems with which we as a nation are faced.
I refer specifically to AMSC, American Superconductor Corporation, which is the only US owned company currently developing a technology which is vital to the nationl.
