Interactive Data Voluntary Program

In April 2005, the SEC began its Interactive Data Voluntary Program, which allowed public companies, and later mutual fund companies, to voluntarily submit XBRL-formatted files as exhibits to periodic reports and Investment Company Act filings.

On April 13, 2009, Release No. 33-9002, "Interactive Data to Improve Financial Reporting," became effective. Under the rule, the Voluntary Program is now only open to Mutual Fund Companies and Article 6 companies under Regulation S-X for their financial reports.

You can view interactive data files submitted in the Voluntary Program.
