Rob Dobilas is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Realpoint LLC. Before becoming CEO Rob was the Managing Director in charge of Business Development, Technology and Sales for Capmark Investments, formerly GMAC Institutional Advisors. During his tenure at Capmark Rob created and managed the Realpoint division which eventually became Realpoint LLC. Prior to joining GMAC in 2000, Rob was a Senior Associate in Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette's (DLJ) Real Estate Research Group. While at DLJ, Rob was responsible for analyzing and researching all types of real estate debt securities including CMBS and REIT debt. He also was very instrumental in the development and implementation of new product lines such as a small balance loan program and the introduction of environmental insurance to the CMBS industry. Prior to joining DLJ, Rob was an Associate in the Real Estate Finance Group at Standard & Poor's. He was responsible for evaluating and structuring commercial mortgage-backed securities and developing proprietary software models for debt sizing, loss analysis, underwriting, collateral valuations, and surveillance deal tracking. Rob received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and his M.B.A. from Monmouth University.
