Subject: Elimination of the Trade-Through Rule


The fundamental problem with the antiquated specialist trading system of the New 
York Stock Exchange is the lack of competition due to the trade-through rule.  
This rule prohibits true competition for the vast majority of NYSE listed stock 
transactions.  I strongly endorse the elimination of the trade-through rule.
