Subject: sr-nasd-98-21 Date: 4/21/98 8:49 PM I am opposed to the new rule. How is the public supposed to get a size quote. All the market makers will do is post 100 shares and sit back to watch what happens. It gives the market makers to much leniency. When is the market going to be a fair place to trade. the market makers already have order flow and the power to not offer their quotes anyway. This market was designed to benefit the public trading of securities, not make it a smorgasbord for market maker profits. I hope the SEC can see who the real winners are in this deal. Its not me, the trader. Scott Kirschenmann
