I like to express my satisfaction regarding the proposed changes and 
enhancements to the size broadcast by market makers. As head trader for a 
small Broker Dealer I can agree with the fact that liquidity could be 
improved.Since minimum size could be removed,we will increase the number of 
stocks we could participate in and manage our risk within big capitalization 
stocks.Overall greater freedom will improve participation among a larger 
number of market makers.As a member of the N.A.S.D. I feel these changes 
proposed will simply make for a more competitive and better marketplace.
