Subject: Rule 3370, SHO and newly proposed NASD member shorting rule


Do you fully comprehend that you are eliminating ALL
shorting of small stocks by even considering these
ridiculous rules?  I believe you do understand.  Why
even bother to hide your true intent to ABOLISH all
shorting of small stocks and just completely ban it
and let the scammers get away with murder.  And while
you're at it,  why even have market makers if they
cant short??  Perhaps do a study to see what really
happens to a market without a checks and balances? 
Maybe SET UP A WAY TO BORROW small stocks BEFORE you
pass these rules?  Cmon,  and here I thought you all
wanted a fair market?  Chuckle chuckle
