In particular Branch Office Managers and Compliance Managers who are being named in almost half the cases in recent times are being unfairly punished. These records make it very difficult to get employment even if the case was dismissed at any stage, arbiter or by the Plaintiffs prior to hearing. Anyone can make an allegation, why should innocent people be scarred with the Scarlet letter? The expungement proposal should be killed or significantly modified. Regards, Richard LaVoice 310-994-8754
