To whom it may concern,
 
I strongly encourage you to kill the expungement proposal . I cannot understand 
how anyone could justify a rule to require brokers to publicly disclose UNPROVEN 
ALLEGATIONS. It is especially unfair to make it more difficult to erase those 
allegations. Please make sure the rules are equitable and just.
