Jonathan Katz:

I am confused as to why this has become the focus of tyour time.
Certainly there must be other more urgent and pertinent issues that need immedicate attention. In every field there are a small minority that should not be practicing. But clearly to require this sort of scrutiny is unwarranted, unnecessary and not relevant. Look at all the corporate nonsence that occurs on an almost weekly basis where millions of Americans are wiped out because of fraud and crimes. Clearly, this is much more important and should receive focus by all who could prevent the next problem. In all due respect, please lets not place the cart before the horse and overreact based on a few unethicl people.

Thanks you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Stephen Cohen
