  i was so happy to see companies leaving the DTC and seeing their share
  prices get back to normal. All companies should be allowed to continue to
  leave the DTC , as the DTC does a very very poor job of controlling 'naked
  shorting' of the bb or pink sheet stocks. Market Makers have a holiday at
  the expense of investors in the bb's and pink sheet stocks, and, I would
  think it would behoove you, the SEC, to make the Market Makers comply to
  rules or make more rules, as they exist on the Nasdaq , NYSE and AMEX, so
  that companies would not have to leave the DTC. 

  I love the SEC and your mission is to protect the common share holder,
  right? Not the DTC or the Market Makers who have gone astray.
