The SEC has to do something about all the Canadian brokers who "naked 
short" OTC stocks. It creates havoc in the market and destroys the 
shareholders' investment, while letting the lowest form of stock 
speculator make a fortune overnight.  Until and unless the SEC comes 
up with a real way to stop naked short selling, an issuer should be 
allowed to pull stock from the DTC.  Therefore, we are not in favor 
of this new rule.
