Dear SEC:
Please approve the Boston Options Exchange. As a former CBOE trader, the
granting of exchange status to the Boston Options Exchange will greatly
improve the US Options markets quality and transparency.  The existing
exchanges (CBOE and AMEX) are colluding against the BOX because they are
afraid of competing. It is time for open price competition in the US Options
market and approving the BOX will create greater price competition for the
investing public.
