As a long time customer of Interactive Brokers, and an even longer time 
trader, I am excited and look forward to the creation of the BOX 
exchange.  I understand that some of the other exchanges would like to 
prevent the creation of BOX.  This is clearly anti-competition behavior. 
 I trust that as a guardian of the public interest, you will not allow 
the special interest of existing exchanges to stand in the way of 
serving the public.  Please ensure that BOX can start operation, as 
expected.
