I urge you to asdopt the new Boston Options rules intact.  This will be 
another major improvement (decimalization, etc.) in the retail investors 
ability to participate on a more even playing field.

Anything which alters the outrageous over-protection of traditional insider 
franchises in the financial markets is positive for the markets, the masses, 
and the US.
