I am writing in support of the proposed exchange, BOX. I think
it will benefit investors, like myself, who uses option in our
investment portfolio. The proposed exchange will like to lower
the effective fee paid on trading options. Due to the ability to
trade in pennies, the exchange will also give smaller investor a
way to compete against market markers. The lower cost along with
a fairer playing field might increase liquidity of the options
market, which should also benefit investors, by giving us more
opportunities to trade.
