strongly support Boston Option Exchange Penny Based Price improvement rule 
which narrow bid and ask spreads and increase market liquidity. Strongly oppose 
the other options' exchange effort to block the launch of Boston option exchange. 
BOX should help individual investors greatly by reducing the bid and ask spreads.
