Dear Mr. Katz,
 
  I am in favor or BOX - SR-BSE-2002-15.  The spreads on most options are 
outrageous.  As you know, if the same spreads were allowed on stocks, it 
would be considered an "unfair advantage" and the market maker would be 
sanctioned. It is time to give the option trader the opportunity to trade 
on a more level field.  There is still plenty of spread for the options 
market makers. I don't think we will be putting them out of business!
