Dear Mr. Katz, As an option trader I believe that the BOX option exchange should 
be allowed to proceed. These changes will help the public to be able to compete 
on all levels of investing at very good pricing. This is the last barrier to the 
great progress you have allowed in the stock market. I hope your decision is for 
it.
