This is a good innovation.  If spreads can narrow, that is good.  I am 
told that other changes will fight this.  Why.... my bet is that narrowing 
of the spreads will hurt the specialist.  This is just a smoke cloud.  ALL 
MAJOR STOCK EXCHANGES TRADE IN PENNIES..... WHY NOT OPTIONS ?
