I would object to the elimination of All-or-None orders for Option Contracts.

I believe that All-or-None orders for options contracts represents an important and valuable option for retail customers for whom multiple partial executions will result in increased commission costs. While the percentage of total order flow is small by stanards of the exchange, the costs for small retail customers makes up a large percentage of their commission costs.
