Dear sir/madam: I'd like to express my opinion on the issue of creating silver ETF i-shares on the exchange. I think this would be a good idea given the fact that a pure silver backed security would be of great interest to a small investor such as myself. I look forward to seeing the ETF's trade on the exchange soon.
