Dear Mr. Katz:
     
Once again regulators and Congress have decided small business has no 
place in the U.S.
     
Running a small company with the hindrance of government is already 
costly. Now you propose to take away another method for which a small 
business is capable of competing.
     
We realize that there are some unscrupulous individuals and companies who 
desire to perpetrate fraud upon the unsuspecting public.
     
However, by putting a heavy handed rule of little consequence once again, 
we, the majority of legitimate law abiding citizens, get whacked.
     
Wake up, smell the coffee, small in America is vanishing. Help us and vote 
against the amendment.
