I am strongly against these new rule amendements that 
you are proposing.  This could/would have a direct 
impact on my stock.
     
These amendements are placing undue authority on 
Market Makers and subjecting them to untold lawsuits.
     
If these amendments are passed, scam artists would 
dominate the market if legitimate traders and brokers 
pull out.
     
Trusting that you will listen to the voice of the 
investors and companies who stand to lose if you put 
these amendments through,
