I would read into your record two columns by Ian McDonald of The Wall 
Street Journal: 9/24/02, 1/22/03.  As it stands now, rules governing 
mutual fund disclosure are basically, "Trust me."  After the market of 
2000 and the scandals of 2002, it seems  to me such a policy is not 
just stupid, it is corrupt.  Times have changed; the rules must now 
change, too.
