I myself own mutual funds, and this proposal seems like the wrong fix for an important issue. I am a college graduate in a professional career, and I struggle with the language in these reports every time I try to read them. These reports are too technical for most people, including myself, and I strongly believe that the SEC should require mutual funds to write shareholder reports in a language the average investor can understand. More of the same type of reports do nothing but confuse investors more frequently. Very sincerely, Jason Kreher
