Dear Committie Members
     
  In refererance to the proposed changes in prospectus requirements.
I think the availaability of on-line prospectus is a great idea. That 
and simplifing it into plain language.  Most people I know, if they 
bother to look at their prospectus simply throw it away because they 
find it incomprehensible. An on-line choice would save a lot of money, 
and a lot of trees.  A plain language choice would let a lot of people 
finally understand what was in their prospectus.
