This is an invaluable resourse for institutional investors to prepare for meetings dicusssions with company managements. The more we understand, the more we can effectively price into a offering. In fact I think such presentations should be archived and made public, but under no circumstances should a regulation be proposed or implemented that would give investors less information, and the netroadshow is probably a better source of information that the prospectus
