The internet roadshow has been a valuable tool for dissimanating information. Without the netroadshow, I would have to dramatically reduce the number of offerings I review. Such a reduction would not only reduce my participation in offerings but it would reduce my broader knowledge base to the extent the offering makes public competitive information regarding other publicly traded companies.
