I must part with my party and join the union on this one. The door of mis-trust is opened behind the closed doors of boardroom deals. I believe all votes of publicly held companies should be public. I like most of middle class America am becoming fed up with secret shenanigans directly affecting my retirement. Please make my mutual fund manager tell how they and the companies they own shares of interact. It is my money they bought those shares with.
