Please know that I support the SEC's proposed rule change that would force 
mutual funds and registered investment advisers to disclose how they vote 
on key issues during the annual shareholder meetings.  Each time I sign my 
name to a proxy vote I feel I am voting blindly.  I also believe this 
information should be made readily and easily available.  Thank you.
