I see this as an opportunity for the SEC and fund shareholders together to demand transparency and accountability from mutual funds. The rule will facilitate corporate governance, as well as promote socially and fiscally responsible behavior from fund managers. Corporate responsibility is increasingly hard to find, and this rule is a big step against that tide of corporate deceit and corporate greed. Yours faithfully, S.
