Dear SEC Secretary,

I'm writing in support of the SEC's proposed rule to require mutual fund 
companies to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions.  I feel 
that this action by mutual funds will encourage more open accountability and 
behavior.  Without public disclosure of proxy voting, I'm unable to judge if 
a mutual fund is voting in my best interest and/or principles. 

I urge the SEC to encourage open access to information that will promote good 
business accountability.  Please vote in favor of the proposed proxy voting rule.
