Dear Mr Katz,  I strongly support the proposal that shareholder of mutual
funds know which way fund managers are voting our proxies, on which
issues, and what interests the funds may have in those companies in which
they vote on management issues, etc.  I believe that shareholders are
left holding the bag ( empty) because so much is going on behind closed
doors and loopholes. I am sick of this and feel like I am investing
blindly. Please vote to protect the investors interests!! Sincerely,
