I am totally in favor or rule #33-8131 - I would indeed like to know 
how the fund managers vote.  While I DO feel that my vote does not 
count, I still submit my proxies.  This one was featured in today's 
editorial page of the Dallas Morning News and that is why I am singling 
that one out.

Please continue to revise the rules to bring confidence back to the 
stock market and help America lose some of it's cynicism.  Thank you.
