Katz, Secretary Securities and Exchange Commission 450 Fifth Street NW, Washington, DC 20549-0609 Dear Secretary Katz: I think the time has come for those of us who invest in mutual funds and support these institutions know where our money is going. Frankly, it is shocking that up until this time, mutual fund institutions have been able to keep this information private. How can those who invest be restricted from knowing how their money and shares are being voted. It seems a violation of a basic right. I don't want to give my money to a mutual fund so that the institution can vote its agenda without telling me what it's agenda is. I am writing in STRONG support of the Securities and Exchange Commission's recently proposed rules regarding proxy voting disclosure by mutual funds and investment advisers, File Numbers S7-36-02 and S7-38-02. Sincerely, Krista Lamoreaux
