To the Chairman: 

I am writing in support of the proposed proxy voting rules for investment advisors 
and mutual fund managers. As an owner of several mutual funds, I believe the proposed 
changes will significantly benefit all of us who depend upon fund managers to make the 
best choices for us. Requiring them to disclose voting positions on proxy issues will 
shine a light on what is now hidden from investors and in turn allow us to make more 
informed choices on which funds we trust to handle our money.
