Subject: support of proposed SEC rules (s7-36-02 and/or s7-38-02)

I am writing to support proposed SEC rules that mandate increased 
disclosure by corporations about their internal controls as well as 
better disclosure by money managers of the way they vote their proxies. 
These are necessary safeguards for the American financial system.
