I strongly believe that the SEC should require mutual funds and investment 
advisers to disclose proxy votes. These are proposed rules S7-36-02 and 
S7-38-02. I invest through mutual funds, and I strongly support these 
proposed rules.

taking these important steps toward restoring investor confidence in the markets.
