It is important that corporations be accountable to shareholders in view of recent findings of greed and concealment. I want to know how my mutual funds are voting on executive pay and options and many other things that matter to me. Also, I have put my trust and money in my mutual fund and I need to know if they will benefit by the way they. I urge you to vote in favor of the proposed proxy rule. Thank you, Betty C. Ivey
