As a mutual fund shareholder, I support the SEC's proposed rule to require 
mutual fund companies to disclose how they vote on corporate proxy resolutions.  
It is important that corporations be accountable to shareholders in view of 
recent findings of greed and concealment.  I want to know how my mutual funds 
are voting on executive pay and options and many other things that matter to 
me.  Also, I have put my trust and money in my mutual fund and I need to know 
if they will benefit by the way they.
 
I urge you to vote in favor of the proposed proxy rule.
