Subject: Proposed Regulation FD

As an individual investor I am in favor of the above proposed regulation of fair
disclosure.  This seems to me as a necessary step to "level" an investors 
knowledge of public companies important financial information in a "real time" 
basis.  Thank you for this opportunity to express my vote.
